Hi Igor Yes, but that is only half the problem. If the over 127 characters are avoided then it seems to work. But if they are used it can come OK if you= are careful (I think). As I wrote before: "I cannot find anything in Netscape email to turn mime off. However I did find an unchecked a box labeled: "for messages that contain 8 bit characters, use 'quoted printable' MIME encoding. Leave unchecked to send the message as is." I have now ticked this because maybe some of my posts do have 8 bit characters. Certainly the problem one had a copyright character =3D =A9 so I will see what happens to this one." And as you see the copyright comes out OK in this one and no weird stuff.= I notice as stated that it was not only my posts. I might try and post my= first program again as I think this really is the solution this time. Regards Ray
