Still too much overhead in Win32lib, look at Judiths IDE (although very nice)
its very slow even on my fast 2.53ghz machine.

Win32lib is Bloated so how is this a small step?
Code re-use is out the window.

There are tons compared to pounds that use Windows
so it does make since that MS is a better OS especially XP+
