I have a version that came from an OEM which uses a product ID that is identicle to other systems running the same OS. (only different SID's but I also recommend downloading from Sysinternals a utility to automate cganging your computors SID) http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/source/newsid.shtml I think if I had a Phone home version I think I would also download the free Sygate Firewall and stop the OS kernel from broadcasting... just my .2 cents.. My WinXP hasn't crashed nor hickup'd in a very long time....
