Euphoria has always been 32-bit. Some people might be confused because we've started talking about the "WIN32" and "DOS32" platforms. Euphoria was always 32-bit on DOS and on the Atari. Yes, I still have Euphoria for the Atari floating-around. I never released it, and don't plan to. (The Atari version has Language Wars, 3D TicTacToe and a very crude version of ed).
