No, it mainly deals with OS, toolkit (i.e., GTK) and wxWidgets. There is a
global constant called wxEuphoria_Version, which you can check. It's
currently defined (near the top of wxeud.e) as:

wxEuphoria_Version = {0,12,0},
wxEuphoria_Platform = platform(),
wxNEED_BUILD = 12
