As some of you may know, I have recently moved, which came with no internet at
home and transferring files from home to office. v0.70.2d probably suffered from
that. I'll try fixing it within the next 12-18 hours.

Sorry for this, but I'll delay the release of 70.3 again. Dec 22nd will be
right. In the mean time I will hopefully integrate a couple bug fixes and
proofread the generated docs once again.

70.3 is assumed to be the next stable form of the library, so that we can live
with it for another three years. No, the latter a joke. Once every 12-15 month
releases should be the expected rate.
