Colon for *nix; semicolon for DOS/Windows.

I dunno about using -i for euinc.conf; I would prefer -i to be a list of
directories to check for include files (in addition to whatever has already been
configured). Both styles of config files should accept the same syntax and -c can
specify both of them (or even one file that fills in for both).
