win32lib appears to be rich. Part of it actually comes from putting various
wrappers around the same thing in different ways, which may be more convenient
for users who don't know how Windows works under the hood. Geeks would call it
code bloat. Arwen needs less of these features because it is simply more low
level. You need to know Windows more to use it, but are less bothered by code
which is only convenient.

However, things like the event or form systems are, I believe, real features in
win32lib, and they make it more effective.
