Hi
With the greatest respect in the world, thats tosh. If you're a complete
noob, then you learn to program 1st (of course), but if you want to create
a simple telephone / address book, and you know a bit of programming, then
using any of the databases is as simple as dissecting the examples.
Of course, if you want to do high end stuff, then of course you need the
theory, but there is no need for anyone who read this to be put off - if
you start simple, then gradually learn as you go, axpanding skills and
knowledge as you need to. For God's sake don't learn it first.
