Just out of interest, does the shrouder actually /use/ a shebang
pointing to the backend? (I've not read the docs either)

I have never used this, but if I read you right, would not the smart
solution be:
 shebang on line 1 points to the interpreter, and
 shebang on line 2 points to backendu?

Just a thought.
