You need to ask Derek Parnell to change this. I only maintain IDE.

Actually, it is not a scrollbar. It is just the up and down arrows. David
Cuny wrote the Tool Box patterned about Outlook and I encorporated it into
IDE. Isn't it neat!

Ok. Will do. Probably will just add a class option to the BitMap control.
