archive code spam list?

directed at list admin, RDS;

I am wondering what the possibilities of getting a virus scanned copy of
archive  donated code on an as donated basis? much  like a 'spam' code list.
when a new piece is put on the archives, registered users would receive a
scanned copy. I am getting there, too much OT lately. this is asked as a
suggestion, there is a lot of code I would like to get hold of as it comes
out in the archives (virus free).
