This is also a change with win32lib v58+. xCloseHandle is now defined in
win32lib so you need to comment
global constant
xCloseHandle=.....
in IDE.exw

a namespace qualifier is needed to resolve xCloseHandle
w32Proc(xCloseHandle,{hMutex})
