It's still down, i have no plans to put the server back online at this time. I
tried
every Eu server in the archives, plus a couple i wrote, and the one written in 
mirc is more stable and doesn't cough and barf all over. There is something 
wrong with the way Eu contacts winsock, and it ignores connections and 
drops some.
