We already have something better: the online help in Norton Guides
format, prepared by Francis Bussiere (and: it _is_ refman.doc). This
means that you can get help with Shift-F1 using _any_ editor (Qedit, the
MS editor, the Euphoria ED.EX,...) There are also public domain clones
of the Norton Guides around.
