Strange software

Hello all.

I have a directory on my hard disk called 'odapi'.  It may have something to
do with Euphoria, but then again it may not.  It contains 34 files with
names that mean nothing to me, totaling 1.68 megabytes.  I don't know where
it came from or what it is good for.  I find no reference to it in any
software manual.

I'd zap it but I'm afraid I'll clobber something that depends on it.  Does
anybody know what it is?
