(Goto's really aren't that bad as I said once.) >.. I hope we are not trying to avoid 4 letter words in principle here. I don't understand it anymore: why not introducing a GOTO and a LABEL:, restricted to modules, functions, and procedures, but no jumps into functions or procedures or loops or 'if' statements! I requested this a long time ago, although one don't need it in principle, but in special cases life with GOTOs in Euphoria would be more practical. By the way: people who believe in the right way of 'structured programming': also structured programs, especially without GOTOs, could be almost unreadable, your are not save without a GOTO, but it could be cleaner (and easier) with a GOTO! Be practical: if it's easier and cleaner: use a GOTO! I apply for it, 'goto' and 'label:'. Have a nice day (and excuse my bad English), Rolf Schroeder
