stock ticker

hi
i thought to use stock ticker info as a source of random numbers.
most sources i found want to charge big bucks.
i would like to have the symbol and the cents portion of the price.
not having the whole price to affect my investment decisions.
anyone find or know of a site?
right now i copy/paste from site quote pages. but subscriptions cost money.

or another source of random data?
