EuForum "web only" features?

Rob,
Very nice job so far on the forum!
However, I was (and possibly the only) a "web only" subscriber to
Topica. Mainly to avoid ads! Here's a few suggestions for those of
us who might want to only read/respond/write via the web:
1. Add a "Post" link to the initial forum page. At this point I have
to click a message to start a new post.
2. Add a "Reply" link to each message page. As is it now, I would
have to copy the message to the clipboard and then paste into a new
message.
3. I tried to use the "Previous" link from the first message on the
forum page and got a "Page not found" message. There's also no way to
go back and view previous pages of messages (like the Topica web
interface).
