It's 5 hours ahead of Toronto time (Eastern standard).
I don't know where the server is physically located.
It seems to be UTC or GMT.

UTC is Coordinated Universal Time
GMT is Greenwich Mean Time

Maybe, using a cookie, I can adjust the times for you
to match your time zone. (That's about #100 on my list
at the moment.)
