[MB] Date/time stamp

I posted this yesterday using the link on RDS's main web site, but I think that
link pushes out to Topica.

I like the new message board, but I have two requests.  Can we add a date/time
stamp to the message list, and can we add a post link to the top of the list
display (without having to go into a message)?  Thanks for all your hard work.
