time stamp

For the life of me I can't figure out the time stamp.  The recent stamps I have
seen appear to be about 5 hours ahead of my time .. Eastern Standard USA.........
hmmmmm  is that Greenwich Mean Time?

Don't guess it matters much, but it seems as though
it really should be designated.

All in all, I'd say the Message Board is shaping up
quiet nicely!.
