It fixes the delete problem with controls on tabItems Tony Steward ran into,
removes {} on older PRJ file ListView captions when Menu 'Run', allows
",\,\n in captions found by Leviathan, and a number of other items. The
Win32lib v.55.1 IDE also uses a routine supplied by Wolf that gets the short
name of files using API.

Problems with this version, please e-mail me: camping at flash.net, so as not
to tie up the List.

Unless there are new bugs, the next version will introduce undockable and
resizeable Property and Tool Box.
