Hi, I think it would be a great idea and I even have a suggestion for the network...DalNet ([irc.dal.net] on port 6667). DalNet had NickSERV and ChanSERV, eliminating takeovers... It would cut down traffic on listserv and I would welcome that(i'm getting around 10 messages a day) However, there is a downside to an IRC channel...Unless there is atleast one person there 24hrs a day instant feedback would be impossible. But still the thought is good.
