ListView Bug or my problem?

Hi all,
In my program I have 2 windows both have a listview on them when I clear =
the list on the second modal windo and close the window the 1st listview =
seems to cause the program to crash. If i remove the line of code that =
clears the listview then all works.
Attached is my program and database. Try it to see what I mean.
