There is a button on the login screen that says login as guest that will allow
you to look at the course without actually signing up for it.

I will have to look at it, it has been ages since I actually worked on eagle, so
much going on, but I intend to pick that project back up in the future some time.
 If I remember correctly, the only thing that I actually ever posted for download
was some documentation.
