Do you always assume the mistake is yours?

Just because you maintain(ed) and enhance(d) the code doesn't mean everything's
your fault.  Perhaps it was pre-existing code or something submitted that worked
at the time...  I only bring this up because that's about all I seem to notice
from you lately.

I have had to drift away from this list; but, have you decided whether to make a
final release on the lib?  I once thought about taking over but I now realize it
wouldn't work out (for reasons that are way off-subject).  However, I'm just
curious as always.
