You should check out Inno Setup.  The url is
http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.htm, and it's free!  I've used it on a
couple of commercial installs, and it's great - fairly easy to use, cool
features like uninstall, program groups, etc.

I'd actually take credit for discovering it, but I found out about it from
