After a few halting steps, I've = managed to figure out how the basics of David's toolkit, but I have a = question. I know how to repaint an area of a program window when an overlaying = window above is removed. However, there are some situations where I'd = like to repaint that entire window instead of just the covered area, = particularly if some status text must be printed on the covered window. = I've found that if you reprint a status line that was previously covered by the window, a = change in that status line will only show in the area previously covered, not the entire window. I have example .JPGs of what I mean if clarification is required. Thanks for any assistance offered.
