I used to use:
=20
    http://free.prohosting.com/ <http://free.prohosting.com/>=20
=20
until they started sticking forced banner link advertising on each and =
every
page. If you don't mind this sort of "noise" at the top of your page =
then I
found them a reliable service.
=20
Now I use "FreeServe". I access from home over dial up and I suspect =
that
it is only available in the UK. One nagging feature is that you have =
to
login to FreeServe's dial up before you can FTP to the site. If I was =
nice
I would say this was for security - if not I'd say it was to force you =
to
call FreeServe's dial up number so the Telco FreeServe use get's their =
cut!
=20
Also take a look at:
=20
    http://www.emailaddresses.com/ <http://www.emailaddresses.com/>=20
=20
and:
=20
    http://www.emailaddresses.com/email_hosting.htm
=20
I think most of the free web providers force some sort of advertising =
on
your pages. It's the price to pay I guess.

Subject: site host

what is the best server to host my site for free?
one that is stable, so that my site address wont have to change.
i want it also to support asp, PWS, if possible, but not necessary
