Did you look at David's Ox and Py? I started in language making by
doubling the C64's Basic OS, and i recommend starting small, to get a feel
for it. Or not. You could use a natural language parser, restricted to one
meaning and syntax use per word,, as opposed to REBOL, which makes
the word meanings change unexpectedly depending on the parameters or
the surrounding words.
