Best for making stand-alone programs

I want to make stand-alone EXE file with euphoria only,
don't need the debugger or profiler.

What is the best, registered EU Interpreter or Translator?

- What bugs or different implementations are in the current
translator and when it will be fixed?

- How about cracking the program, which is harder (binded or
compiled program)?

- Can RDS get the EU source code in the compiled program?
