Before you can access Table Spec you must add your cell 1 control(s) to the
Table. Once you have done that you can access Table Specs from either the Table
Properties or from right click on the Table.

Table control can be difficult to master so I suggest making a simple array
using only the number of columns and rows. Once you see what Table Specs does for
you, you can look at the other options in Table Specs. Some of them you may never
use because they exist for special cases people have encountered.

A lot of people choose to use EuGrid control instead of Table control.
