Not really "official", ie stamped by Derek as such, but includes all the posts
Derek submitted back in 2004-5 dealing with corrections and additions to 0.60.5
and 0.60.6. It also includes some Win98 fixes Sascha made. Those are all marked
in the file (--SZ I believe.)

It does not include recommended revisions Derek has posted this year.
