TreeView explain

Ok I am working on a few projects that I am going to need the "TreeView" 
idea to work.

But I don't understand the file that came with Win32Lib. Please explain 
the file(I would past it but I'm not at home).

Also I want to be able to make new entrys for it as well.

ie.

first item --item started with program.
__first1 item --user placed this item in here.
second item --user made this item here.
__second1 item --user put this file in the second item.

Hope you all understand. A little demo with explinations would be nice 
too. thanks
