edit text field

Does anyone know how to make the edit text field 'type over' instead of 'insert' only. it's a pain in the but to have to swipe all the fields when making changes?? Here's the text box id = create(EditText,"",mainWindow,xt,yt,fl,cy+6,eflg) thanks if you can help.... George Walters
