Pat:
   I think you may find the alt tab icon size depends upon
   what screen resoulution you are using and what color depth
   is being used. Anyways windows will select what icon to use
   from the available icons in the application. I don't
   know anyway to control this except to supply the appropriate
   icons. Remember this is only my opinion.
