LV Control

I want to create a LV to handle 30,000+ entries.  I want to display only 20 
at a time and add and delete based on the scroll position.  However, when I 
try to change the setScrollRange and sunch on the scroll of the LV, it has 
no effect.  Do I need to create a scroll bar independant from the LV and use 
that to affect the LV?

Can anyone help with creating a Virtual ListView?
