Andrew Wiles solved Fermat's Last Theorem.  His first solution, announced
on June 23, 1993 at the Isaac Newton College, in Cambridge, was found to
be flawed.  He was able to fix it though, and in 1995 his accepted proof was
published in the Annals of Mathematics, titled "Modular elliptic curves and
Fermat's Last Theorem".
