There's not much he can do about it, 
unless he has registered Euphoria as a trademark, 
AND he can afford a school of hungry lawyers.

On the other hand, Rob should go ahead and register it, 
because sooner or later some company is going to come out 
with some totally unrelated product (hemorrhoid treatment, 
nite-time sleep aid, or whatever) by the same name, and then 
try to force Rob to change the name of his software.
Having been duly registered for a few years is good insurance 
against such events.
