There are many ways to use 8-bit data manipulation . 1. Use my MIXEDLIB which contains "C" string routines written in Euphoria and assembler which should work on any Platform. 2. Use the "C" string calls in the Windows C-runtime. 3. Use the "C" string calls in Linux C-runtime. The only thing it takes is time to write the code.
