I can, however, I do not want to today. The reason is hopefully this weekend the
new wiki will officially go live. I do not want to start directing people in
masses to the new wiki as it has a few issues still but I do not wish to start
directing in masses to the old wiki as well because it's going to change very
soon.

The best thing that is written about 4.0 thus far is the Organizing 4.0. Please
