CreateEx-error in Judiths IDE...

Hi All,

When trying to run Judiths IDE (latest version) and Winlib32 0.55.1 I get
an error:
in Prop.ew:  CreateEx has not been declared.
PropSle = CreateEx( EditText, "", Propwin,... )

what is the problem?
