For you it's simple.
It's taken a couple of days and several e-mails to get across the idea that
"drop this file in your C: directory" doesn't mean "create a new directory and
move a lot of stuff around..."
Sort of like the irate call I got a few years ago: client was fuming "Your
program BROKE! Come fix it!"
After a lot of conversation, I found out it had worked up until she "cleaned up
a lot of junk I never use" (her words).
Like what? "Oh, customer.dat, invoices.dat, stuff like that I never look at"
