Sure, then we'll all have big ZIP-files to add a little functionality to
Win32Lib, we'll have 30 copies of (usually the same version of) Win32Lib. Hey,
but why stop there: why don't we all include the Euphoria interpreter and base
libraries, so that you're sure you've got the right version to run your
application.
