Hi

Speed about the same - not really an issue in a database / client patient
management system, and all the database functions are handled by sqlite.

Size - bound (just done it now) 522665, translated 2380276, and no, I haven't
used UPX (again, I'm happy with binding, so I haven't gone any further.
