the line for me as for version 4.0 should be:

1) fix bugs
2) standard libraries (no addition from now)
3) namespace resolution (Mat seem to have an acceptable solution to it, freeze
it there, if we wait for a perfect solution,we'll never see the end).

that's it, that's all

for preprocessor athougth I've been waiting for it for a long time it should be
queued.
