Huh that's strange. However, you do not need to connect via a web browser. You
need to use an IRC client. mirc for windows is a nice one, or you can connect
via: http://www.rapideuphoria.com/chatroom.html

That will get you in too. Please come and we will get your problems figured out
w/4.0 compiling.
