Right. My suggestion was intended only to simplify a common task like avoiding the need to dive into GTK bindings, using a simple standard stdin/out or TCP or else to reach the same results. Not really an educational experience, i'd say more the k.i.s.s. practical (maybe wrong) way of thinking of an unexperienced programmer like me. BTW: If I look at Glade as a sort of GUI designer, this becomes more appealing to me... Anyway this was just what it is: a simple mumbling suggestion .
