You can unzip these into any directory you like. The important thing to do
is to update the EUINC environment variable to add the location where you
placed win32lib and/or IDE.

For example...

  SET EUINC=D:\EU\WIN32LIB;D:\EU\IDE

can be placed in your autoexec.bat file, for Win95/98 users, and in the "My
Computer" Properties\Environment tab in User Variables, for NT/Me/2000/XP
users.
